I have the problem where textures from props and other types appear as my vanilla roads ...  If anyone knows how I may fix this before I completely reinstall all again this week..

Have you installed any mods such as L.A Roads or any others that change the default textures of the game? Something could've gone wrong during the install process (be it manual or via a modpackage)

If you're on steam, verify your files and it'll redownload any that are missing / damaged.

Shouldn't run into any problems, I installed LSPDFR first then downloaded the latest RPH and copied the files into my GTA folder.

I'm currently running the latest Naturalvision with it's VisualV settings and L.A Roads, once I installed it I downloaded Radiance and picked the "Very Bright" setting which makes my game look incredible in my opinion;

Steam unfortunately decreases the image quality

Did you have to change the visual dat file or did you leave the radiance file alone because when I used custom visual 3.0 I had to change things for natural vision to look correct...

Nope, I just dropped the radiance file straight in and it seemed to work without issue.
