Help needed with addon police cars

Hey guys,

so I decided to start modding my GTA V. I'm still a "noob" and don't know much since this is so much different than Skyrim modding.

But anyway, everything else works like a charm, LSPDFR and every mod with it, except for the police cars. I used this pack, I installed it with OpenIV but I don't know how to use the vehicles. I use Enhanced Native Trainer, and they aren't anywhere nor on the list when I go on duty and get to choose my vehicle.

 

So, how do I use these vehicles? They're really beautiful and I'm tired of using the vanilla cars.
