The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

So whenever I download a vehicle and put it into my game and also put a texture on it, there is usually one of the 4 files missing that are essential for the car to actually work, usually one of the texture files, but sometimes 2 of the files are missing. Also, like for example if I go to install an FBI vehicle. I don't have an option to because there are no files to replace that would correspond with unmarked vehicles. Do I need to re-install my game or what? I also included a picture to show what I mean by one of the crucial files missing

When replacing, you generally don't need all four files that some cars have. The +hi.ytd I believe is more for higher quality. As long as you just place the two replacement files in the correct patchday, they should override the current slot. Use your very latest patchday, even if it doesn't have the same vehicle files.
