The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Whenever I start my game using RAGE it does the normal loading but it doesn't say my plugins loaded. Whenever I go into the console to load them manually the game states "Could not load file or assembly...... or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified." All of my plugins support the latest version of RAGE and LSPDFR. I do not know if this is a RAGE related issue, if this is LSPDFR related or what. I also do not have a "startup" file which I don't know how exactly to get that and if that is causing this.
