When I start the game up and try to pull out one of my guns it doesn't allow me to use and of the guns. Like the gun is in my inventory and when I select it the gun doesnt show up in my hand and it also doesn't allow me to try and aim or shoot. It also doesn't allow me to enter any vehicles.

Did you ever figure out the issue im having the weapon issue like you did but i could drive cars 

I would love to know if anyone knows what’s going on with this bug, I’ve got the exact same problem that I can’t enter any vehicle, I can’t equip a weapon nor can I aim and shoot, this is the only thread I’ve found relating to it and it’s completely stopping me from playing.

Most likely it is due to the Immersive Dispatch plugin. Press "V" to switch to the first person perspective and you should be good to go.

I cant get it fixed i am not sure what to do im having the same problem.
