Im new to all this. Im trying to add new cars and charcters. I am will to pay someone to show me how to install these mods.

I understand it can be frustrating and difficult at first, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes worth it and honestly addicting.

 

For starters, are you using a mods folder?

 

Are you trying to replace a car, or add a standalone?  Depending on what you're doing, one of (or both) these topics will be helpful:

I am using a mods folder and I am doing both replacing cars and adding stand alones

Check the guide for installing add on cars.  I've put down my exact steps for when I install them, which is still every day.
