When I am trying to launch my game with RPH .50 I get this error message. I have not anti virus except  Windows Firewall. I have RPH allowed through it.     Try disabling your anti virus, and if that doesn't work, run LSPDFR as Administrator.

     

    Or give everyone permission to access your GTA V directory.

    I don`t have ANY ANTI VIRUS and every user has access.
