The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hi a guy named araiel has tried to help me alot

basically i can't get my LA Pack to work, i have installed all the ways he suggested me to do, i have searched it up, whenever i put them in only the standard vehicles loads up but inside OpenIV it shows up with the LAPD car with ELS

Try one more thing:  In OpenIV, go to mods-->x64e (if you don't have this here, copy it over)-->levels-->gta 5-->vehicles.  Drag and drop.

only works for FBI and police its so weird
