Unfortunately, I don't know how to read that.

 

The last thing I can offer is to download Albo's troubleshooter and run it.  It is meant for LSPDFR, but it may still help.

Hello there , I fixed the problem , it was in the windows & framework didn't want to install , but now after everything working , I'm not able to change or add police cars , cuz it's always preforming update after or don't start the game , & it is not saving my changes , even is not my first time to do this , I did this gta Iv but here in gta v I feel is quite hard , can you help me in this?

What do you mean always performing an update? Every time you launch it updates the game? or?

 

As per not saving, in OpenIV you need to click "edit mode", then drag and drop.

i did edit mode & drag & drop but after i do this ,

the game dont open or ask to update the patch & never start with what i changed !

Are you using a mods folder?

yes , is asking me in the open iv to save in mods folder & it crash the game & if im doing drag & drop the real update folder in the directory to the mod folder , it doesnt work & ask to modify the patch

Don't let it ask you. In OpenIV, just go into the mods folder and navigate to the latest patchday.

the new patches doesn't contain police car !

Then place them. :) But make sure you're going to the very latest patchday in your mods folder and clicking "edit mode." Then it's a simple drag and drop. Press "edit mode" again after dropping them and you're good.

That depends on where you install the cars, and if it's a base model.

 

If it's a car that replaces POLICE, POLICE2, POLICE3, POLICE4, FBI, FBI2, SHERIFF, SHERIFF2 it goes to mods-->update-->update-->common-->data-->levels-->gta5.

 

If it's a standalone car, place it in the same DLC you put the car.  the path is mods-->update-->x64-->dlcpacks-->dlc of your choosing-->dlc-->x64-->levels-->gta 5.

gtav>update>x64>dlcpacks>patchday13ng>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf ? in the same directory i added the cars that has .ytd??

Yes, however, add it in the mods folder.  That is very important.
