this is something that has been happening to all of the default peds. So I was wondering if someone would be kind enough as to helping me figure this out. Im not sure if its a texture thing or my graphics. If it is my graphics I would appreciate it if someone would tell me what I need to ajust.

Hello!

My assumption is that it's your graphics settings.  I would recommend turning most things all the way down and trying it out like that, if it works, try turning various settings (e.g. model quality) up a bit here and there, then try it again.  Repeat those things until it happens again/until you're comfortable with the graphics settings/fps.

Let me know if that doesn't work though!
