whenever I get in my vehicle, my lights light up like this and wont flash when I turn on my sirens. I have the meta downloaded and the ELS pack. Someone told me that it might be a VCF problem but how would I fix it or change it? Also, I have ELS downloaded but I dont think its working because nothing seems different. Anyone know how to solve my problem?

Unfortunately, ELS is unstable.  It'll work one day, then randomly stop the next.  Assuming you do have the proper VCF for the vehicle in the folder, follow this step.  There's no guarantee it will work for everyone, but it worked for me and others.

 

In OpenIV, go to ASI Manager and uninstall ASI Loader and OpenIV.ASI and then click install again to reinstall them. Then restart the PC, and try loading into the game again and see if that works.

If the lights are staying white, you need to go into your trainer, then to Vehicle Components, and find the right one that makes it flash.
