The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hey guys recently ive started playing GTA V today with LSPDFR and the game has been randomly crashing, i think its the Police Partner mod that has been causing it but the game crashes and sometimes freezes i think its that mod cause when my partner died the game crashed and before that he wasnt following or anything he was just walking anyone know the issue?

In your main GTA V directory is a text document called "RagePluginHook". Please attach that to your next reply so we can better see the crash.

You could also uninstall the Partner plugin and see if that would help.

Unfortunately, your log doesn't indicate anything. Just to be safe, temporarily remove that partner mod as was already said and see if it makes a difference.
