In your main GTA V directory, look for RagePluginHook.txt and open it.  Press CTRL F and search for "product version". This will be located right underneath "Product name: Grand Theft Auto V."

This happened to me the first time I installed RPH. I just wiped GTA off of my computer, including plugins, and scripts, and everything, then reinstalled it and then it worked for me. Try that and if it doesn;t work I may have another solution.

Still nothing it says your game is corrupt could not locate gtav.exe

How much RAM?

Make sure you install RagePluginHook to your GTA directory and launch it from there. It looks like you're launching it from some other directory, so it cant find GTAV.exe (since it looks where RagePluginHook.exe is located)

Do I launch the ragehook plug in I looked up a tutorial and I'm doing exactly as he is when I'm in the files I click ragehook and run it from there right?

Yes, run the game from Ragepluginhook.exe.
