I would redownload the world transport XML from the Arrest Manager page.  That might be a little easier as your log says nothing definitive about it.  I do see a RAGE related crash, though.

yea rage crashes happen also i think more than they should how to i download the transport.xml

Strange...it used to be included in Arrest Manager's download, but it's not anymore. 

 

Try asking Albo in the Arrest Manager topic -

 

i had a left over file in my backups i think its working good ima see if it crashes if it does ill let you know

if it doesn't just delete them and go on duty again, they get recreated automatically, which is why they're no longer included with the download.

Hey uhh I'm having another issue uhh when I download a skin pack I put the skins into the ydt and they don't show up on my model

You need to rename the skin PNG to whatever is in the .ytd.  If it's named CHGR_SKIN_1, that is what you rename the PNG image to.
