Hi guys. I installed today ELS but its not working, i installed all things to run it but when i press CTRL + P nothing happends. The ELS cars are working but the ELS plugin is not. Help!

It was disabled in the right down corner, stupid me never saw that

scroll lock... you can change it in the .ini now. TogKeysLock = 145

 

Having a problem with else as well, I downloaded a charger, put it into the police 4 slot and named the folder in els Police4 as it says to. However in game, the light bar is all black on the charger, the tailgate lights flash red in the back but nothing else. I click cntrl-p nothing, tried both left and right cntrl-p, hit scroll lock, still nothing, tried changing the ctrl-p to another key such as cntrl-0 still nothing. Any suggestions?!?

Well, I can help with the black lightbar... find vehicles.meta in openIV (update>update.rpf>common>data>levels>gta5>vehicles.meta) and find the model name in the .xml file. Once found, find  the line that says diffusetint for the model and find the diffusetint value and replace the value with this --

also, tell me what line you find the model Police4 on as I am looking for it myself.

I have downloaded a police car with Fedsig Arjent, as i have replaced with police2 and sheriff2.
But the sheriff2's lightbar is black and the lights is not working but the lights on police2 it works fine - hope somebody can help me :)

Go into your vehicles.meta (update>update.rpf>common>data>levels>gta5>vehicls.meta) and find the sheriff2 model line. Several lines down, you should see a <diffuseTint value= ...> line. Edit that line to make it say-

 

<diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />
