The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

so I redownloaded gta5 due to an issue and i put lspdfr into a directory and put then put the clean version into a directory  but i ran the lspdfr version first when it did he setup so if i put the clean version in will i still be able to go online

As long as the clean version has zero modded files, you'll be fine to go online.
