alright guys i need some help or an idea here if you can help on as where to start looking to fix my problem. I recently downloaded modern siren pack and started to mess with and didnt get very far on it but i ended starting to play and i totally lost all the brightness to my emergency lights. Could be that possibly be an issue? i have visualv and the radiance mod that comes with it installed and i tried to reinstall it to see if that was the problem but that was a no go. i even tried bxbugs radiance mod and nothing as well. If anybody has an idea i would highly appreciate it guys. 

Are your Post FX, and Shader Quality options on High or above?

If PostFX is fine, try installing Bright Lights and Better Emergency Lighting.  It makes the lights look amazing.

go to the visualsettings.dat and change car.defaultlight.day.emissive.on 
and car.defaultlight.night.emissive.on to higher values.

Here's my visual settings if you see anything that might help  it let me know ill try and take a ingame shot of them tomorrow of them. But could it be possibly a mod interfering with them?

yes my post fx is on ultra and my shader quality is on high? its just weird that they suddenly just went dim like that after i tried messing with modern siren pack .

wtf those are so low, change them to like 7000 or 7500
