So recently i have been having an issue with the POLICE2, FBI, and PRANGER slots. The error is that the textures are all messed up. For example, the computer screen texture will instead be on the side of the car as the skin. I have been using mods for a while now and i understand how to install them so i know that i have installed them correctly. I have verified the game files with still no success. Any help would be greatly appriciated. I have a feeling it might have something to do with the carvations or some sort of text file like that. Again, Thanks you for any help provided!

XD Good, good.  Glad you recognize me as the master. (I keeeeding!)

 

Which vehicles are these that you're trying to use?  Link me to PRANGER, please.  I currently don't have a park ranger vehicle, so I'll give it a shot and see how it is.

well i know it isnt the vehicles that are the problem because i have verfied the game a couple times and changed the models.

yes sir! I know weird right? allthough i have been trying not to, i might need to redo the entire game.

The only thing I can immediately think of for this is a texture problem.  Often times, if a texture I put on a vehicle doesn't work right, I'll have an extra license plate running along the roof or the side of the car - but never have I seen the computer texture there.  Only things I can advise other than redoing the game is

 

1)  If you have a custom vehicles.meta and carvariations for PRANGER, temporarily remove them and see if that fixes it.

 

2) Verify you don't have any extra PRANGER vehicle files in your mods folder (such as in a different patchday).
