The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hello.

I've got another problem.

I managed to install one vehicle mod, but ELS doesn't work on it so i want to install other mods.

I open OpenIV, open the vehicles.rpf from the mods folder and replace ytf and ytd files, and launch the game but the mods aren't there. The first vehicle mod was installed this way and it worked, but no more mods work. 

Files that i replaced are for POLICE2 and POLICE3. The only working one is POLICE.
