The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Long time without to play and I downloaded the new LSPDFR, but it does not work with GTA & hook updated :

gta 1.0.944.2 
hook 0.50.1044.10171

 

Anyone has the same problem ?

It seems there are a lot of conflicts, I suggest you to start from a fresh and clean installation of RPH and LSPDFR (in other words: remove old plugins/mods and reinstall RPH and LSPDFR from scratch).
