IV isn't launching, when I run GTAIV on admin mode, I get a SecuLauncher error. When I remove dsound.dll, it loads fine. This is on patch 7.

Why don't you use xlives loader if possible?

The social club is been a common issue for everyone to login...

 

Sometimes allowed you to login but most times game won't start...

 

So when you in the game, by play as single player, use your cellphone to login to online mod, but this is not LIVE, there is no other players,

I can't login to get online though because I can't launch the game  xD

I mean remove "paul.dll" file from your GTAIV game folder,

 

Use dsound loader, right click launcher run as adim,

 

Then, use your phone login to online mode, but this won't work for multiplayer windows LIVE mode.

Paul.dll was the problem. Thx

I had the same problem and fixed it by downloading xlive.dll removing the pual.dll files and updating my gta.
