So I downloaded this earlier 

and it was working. Now i'm not getting any callouts help please.

Have you tried forcing a callout using the [X] key on your keyboard? From time to time, callouts may fail to clear themselves, so the game still thinks that you're on an active call and you won't receive new calls. Many callout plugins also feature their own way to clear an active callout, by the user, should this happen.

Also earlier when I downloaded it I pressed t and a menu popped up. Now when I press it nothing comes up. What do I do?

I'm not entirely sure what the [T] key brings up, as I don't use this specific callout plugin at the moment. It could possibly be available during an active Assorted Callouts call, in which case, it wouldn't work when not on an active call or in a call from a different callout plugin.
