Sorry for the wrong forum, if a mod could move this to the support forum, it wont let me post in the support forum for some reason, and there is no support forum for help with posting in the support forum.

Anyway, I am completley new to LCPCFR and modding GTA in general. I have tried watching some videos and still dont understand how to install the mod or even which I am looking for. Also, I dont have a num pad so which version do I want? My end goal is to have the toronto mod installed. Thanks, and sorry for posting in the incorrect forum, but it looks like my computer just gets bugged with all the yes and no questions on the support forum, and I can never seem to get to the creat thread page.

This belongs in the LCPDFR > Support section, you are to follow the troubleshooter, remember to read and follow the pinned posts, as well as follow the steps given by the troubleshooter, you will be allowed to create a new thread if neither the pinned posts, nor the toubleshooter can solve the issue.
