The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I have all needed mod (scirpthookv, advancedhook etc.) and have been playing with els for a while and pulling over cars. then a few days ago all of a sudden the "b" key on my xbox controller was no longer blipping the siren which was part of ELS, and els was not letting  me pull cars over. the default police cars i had in the game would pull cars over fine. just the ELS cars would not do anything after i blip the car and turn on the ELS light (3rd stage). PLEASE HELP!!
