For some reason when I unboxed and fired up my PC after a cross-country move, LSPDFR stays stuck on this screen. I updated EVERYTHING and it still does it, any ideas?

The longest I've waited was about 20 minutes. No, I can't load up GTA V normally, but usually never could anyways.

"Usually never could", as in, even before modding?

For some reason, it always worked initially (playing the North Yankton mission and first mission with Franklin) but once I loaded LSPDFR with Ragehook it would not work. Never thought much about it since the game on Ragehook always worked.
