For no reason, almost every person in the singleplayer campaign attacks me, whether they are on foot or in a vehicle, the blips on the radar turn red. Even when I'm not moving, or driving normally, it just started doing this after my last restart, where all I did was add a police insurgent truck mod. I have no idea what's causing it.

so all you changed was a single vehicle? i don't think i've ever seen this before. did you try to un install it to see if the problem corrected itself?

A restart seem to have worked, I also changed my character to Michael, and it seems all fixed now. I have no idea what that was.
