is it possible to make a vehicle with accurate 3 stage lighting

stage 1: traffic advisor

Stage 2: rear lighting

Stage 3: all lighting

 

also is it possible to make a crown vic with a good valor light bar. with multi-color leds red/blue/white

 

i wish i knew how to do the things most of you guys do. i would love to make some vehicles. 

 

lol im pretty sure the ELS cars are using the 3 stage lighting :P also have you checked the Misc files for lightbars? im pretty sure there is a valor bar like that too :o
