rage plugin hook crash at load

i try all to make it go but when i start rage plugin hook gta v loader crash and it doesnt go even if i star gta whit his launcher why(i have these files)

alright since i can't see the dates for any of those files i will simply say to re install lspdfr. after you have done that, install ragehook 50. the ragehook has to be installed after lspdfr because the files inside it are newer than the police mod. make sure you run as administrator and lemme know if that helps you at all.
