i had els installed a while back but im to stupid to know how it works :/ so i removed it and well my squad cars couldn't pop the lights i cannot find amy non els vehicles 

 

well bottom line my els is not working after i tried to install it about 100 times now and nothing so and suggestions to what might be the problem?

ELS is a very simple drag-and-drop so I'm sure that you installed it correctly. Did you go into the RPH game settings and check the box that allows ELS to become a start up plugin? Otherwise you would have to force load it through the trainer every time you start a new session.

Hmm well i didn't think of that i'll give it a try,

 

Edit:1- I checked the RHP and its not loaded up as a plugin nor does it show up anywhere and its in my GTA V folder... idk what els to doo!!

 

Edit:2- Quick Question can you supply me with policeold2 Files like policeold2.ytd

I forgot to back them up and ended up switching the models for it into a Tumer xD

I am pretty sure ELS is not a plugin - it should normally load even if you don't launch GTA through RPH.

Ah you are prob right my bad it doesn't even show up under start-up plugins. Thanks for clarifying.

any idea how to fix this non ELS working loll?

I tried to repair visual C++ 2015 (both x86 and x64) but nothing. I would start there until we can get a fix from lt. caine

if that's the case i'm not even gonna tweak or touch anything until the Mod creator finds a fix or people has reported this issue to him and his ready to do soemthing.

yeah. i thought about messaging him but im gonna see if i can figure it out myself first.

 

I am having the same issue. I have had it working and now I cant get any lights working. The J and H keys do nothing. No lights at all.

I found a solution. 

 

First- delete all of the els files from your gta directory.

second- reinstall ELS version 1.00

third- using openIV copy patchday13ng to your mods folder and install ALL ELS mods in there

fourth- put the ELS vcf into the correct folder in the GTA directory

And that should do it! (it worked for me at least!)

I had this problem. Reinstall scripthookv and that's what worked for me!
