I uninstalled ELS by deleting all of the files that came in the download from my directory, but when I went to install new vehicles in police3 and police4 the lights were off of the vehicle or not working at all. Is there any way to fix this?

It sounds like you are trying to use ELS vehicles without ELS. Which vehicles are you downloading? I don't think you can use ELS vehicles without ELS.

I made sure the vehicles I was using weren't ELS but maybe I messed up, I'm using
