Same here, it has never occurred until recently like in the past 4 days.

I'm also struggling with this, any ideas?

Anyone had any luck? Not only do I get double traffic stop menu. I also get doubled keybindings that lspdfr/mods normally overwrite. Normally when I press "N"  to use the ped check and then I type the name, I can normally type fine. Now when I type lets say the name "Victor Mertel" pressing "V" is detected in gta and makes my camera change, "M" makes the gta 5 feature/inventory menu open. Normally it is like these features "block" gta5 base keybindings and nothing conflicts but for some reason it started to stop "blocking" the gta 5 keybindings.

Same with EUP. I used to be able to press f11 to open EUP then use the arrow keys to customise my character. Now the up arrow key opens up my phone everytime in the EUP menu. So I just rebinded the phone key. This has never occurred either. It is like what ever was sued to bypass/overwrite the base keybindings has stopped working.

I have deleted everything and going to start from scratch. I hope this fixes it. I do not know why it is doing it as I literally did not change anything it just occurred for some reason. Will let you know once I get my mods set up again.

Only thing I have added which I havent used before is the beta for computer+. I am not saying this is causing it but this is the only "new" thing installed. I honestly can not remember if it was occurring before or after it.

I finally fixed it. I deleted my molds folder and all of lspdfr, I then reinstalled lspdfr and all of my mods. It works now. I do not know what was causing it as I have literally the exact same mods installed minus some different ELS vehicles.
