unable to install sound mods?

hello people, yes as seen the easiest of mods any to install and i cannot do it, how ever here is the reason why... (see picture) any ideas as to why this is happening? or how to fix this i hate the "vanilla sirens"so as you can see the issue is no Vehicle.oac is showing in the mods X64 > audio > SFX > resident..

You're looking in the wrong path.

Grand Theft Auto V\x64\audio\sfx should be the right one

not Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\x64\audio\sfx (that's what you're looking in the picture)

see i went to that path as well how ever its coming up as a sound wave file and still will not accept the .oac file

 

instructions being followed by the read mme:  Go to  mods > x64 > audio > sfx > RESIDENT.rpf

Admin can you close topic, iv worked out why.
