I Copied And Pasted The DAS.ini And DAS.asi files into my script folder. I then log into social club, start up the game, create a multiplayer map (free mode), activate LCPDFR, get a police officer, get in a police car, press LALT+F5 and nothing happens. No, do not put ASI files into the "Scripts" folder. That is soley for script mods, not ASI mods. You should put all ASI files and their configuration settings files into the main directory of your game (i.e. where either dsound.dll or xlive.dll is located).

Also, did you switch the menu key? The instructions say to press only F5 to access the menu for this mod, not the combination that you are describing.

Use: while using a law enforcement character model, activate the menu (F5 by default). Once the menu is active, you may browse (Numpad + or – by default) all currently online law enforcement players and view their location and unit identifier. You may also advise all online players that you are responding to a call (Alt+Page Up by default) or require backup (Alt+Page Down by default) via automatically generated chat messages.
