Tow Trucks Dropping Vehicles and Backup Spawning without a vehicle

Hi, im having couple problems in my game at the moment, they arent bad enough to stop me playing but they get very annoying and majorly affect my experience so wanted to post on here to see if anyone has similar problems and can maybe help me, appreciate any help, thanks.

My first problem is that when tow trucks take away a vehicle, about 100-200ft down the road they will drop it and leave it in the road, so then i have to call another tow truck to remove it, ive tried tow trucks both in arrest manager and police radio and they both seem to do it.

My second problem is calling backup in a pursuit, the backup spawns without a car and are just standing in the middle of the road, from testing it a bit it only seems to happen when im not actually in the pursuit circle cause when im right next to the car we are chasing its fine and they spawn normal.

Im really not sure which script could be causing this but theres a few that could possibly be affecting it and maybe some are clashing and not working well together, so below i will put a list of the plugins i am using:
