The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

when i am trying to starrt the game i go to the rageplugin thing and start it from there but it stand's that the version of the Rageplugin dosent suport the newest version of the GTA game

update ragehook. the copy of ragehook provided with the lspdfr download is very old, as stated in the download page.
