The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Just read this now, to be honest it's probably less hassle to remove the 2 or 3 lines of code causing the behaviour than updating just the INI and being left with the problem of users not replacing it, in addition to the actual problem not being solved. Due to version control (e.g. Git), getting back to the original release is a breeze. The whole process of updating would take about 10 minutes. This is one of the reasons why relatively quick fixes after a major release are common, even from professional game companies, but a lot more so from us non-professionals modding for the fun of it.
