Would someone with some free time mind re-making or fixing this Philadelphia Fire Department emblem for me. Paint.Net limits what I can do, especially with emblem design. I'd appreciate it.

 

The white on the emblem shown needs to be corrected to actually be white, not grey.

Like for a car or uniform?

 @t0y Originally the patch for a uniform, but I think it will be okay with what I've got. What I need at this stage is a good quality emblem for a vehicle.
