You've named your folder " Grand Theft Auto V.Vanilla" It needs to be called "Grand Theft Auto V" for RagePluginHook to recognize it.

If you want to me reply as soon as possible, then either quote or @CouthInk4  me as i'll be notified, a general reply will not notify me

Are you running the game Through RagePluginHook?
Are you running RagePluginHook as administrator?
Are you loading LSPDFR through the RPH console?

Are you running a legit copy of GTA V?

What solutions have you tried?

Upload your RagePluginHook log so we can see if there are any issues.

I should mention this is my first time on lspdfr haven't played it before and majority of the forums are dated before lspdfr 0.3

Does your game launch without RagePluginHook? (Launching the game normally)

is your anti-virus blocking your RagePluginHook. It should atleast load on your desktop. If you're clicking on it and it's not even showing anything.. then something on your computer is blocking it.

Nah I can't

try running GTA V.. Then minimize the game and launch RagePluginHook.

If that doesn't work then i'm not sure what the issue is as it's an issue with either your computer refusing to load RagePluginHook or it's a RPH error itself. It's nothing to do with LSPDFR.

So in order to get up lspdfr I need the rph to load up ? Is that why it doesn't show up in game ?

Yes. LSPDFR needs RagePluginHook running for it to work as it loads through RagePluginHook
