iMac?

No. Grand Theft Auto V is only supported on Windows and can only be placed on Windows therefore LSPDFR can only be used and played on a Windows OS.

Yes, if you install Windows on your iMac via Bootcamp.  It should handle it fine, provided it's not an old iMac and it has a decent video card.  I used to play BF3 on mine and it was a 2011 model I believe.

So will i still have apple software on it? or will it just be Windows? and my iMac is a 2012

You will have both with an option of booting up into Windows or OS X.

Buy a CD version of Windows OS.  Launch Bootcamp.  Follow simple directions there.
