I'm new to the LSPD-FR Community but I am having a problem! My RageHook starts, But when the Custom Loading Screen pops-up, It Loads till Story Mode Then Crashes. All The Mods I Have are the Following

 

(Arrest Manager, LSPDFR+, Assorted Callouts, Traffic Policer, Police Radio, Simple Trainer v4.4,Emergency Light System V), (Captain14's LSPD,Sheriff, and FIB Packs). The First Time I installed Captain14's LSPD Pack It Didn't Work And Crashed, But Then I realized that I needed an Mods Folder With a copy of the updates Folder Inside of It. It Might Be The Cause of The Problem But I Don't Know.

I Don't Want To Have To Reinstall The Game...

I Have The Game Config. Where do I install it? Update.rpf in mods or Update.rpf in Update Folder? I Did It in mods.

So, It Works! It was a mod, not the config! BUT Captain14's Vehicle Pack For The LSPD is Not Working Well For Me! For Example, The 2015 Explorer and All other ELS Vehicles All Have Glitching Parts As to say. The Bull Bar is Literally Blinking with the Lights! As In It Appears and Disappears! And So Does The SpotLight and The Prisoner wall block!
