I havent mod since early 2015 (LCPDFR), iam back now with my newly built gaming system and GTA V, ready to mod.............my question is......are the textures dimesions 2048x2048? or 4098x4098? or both? i downloaded a few skins some were 2048x2048 and some where 4098x4098...is there a sparks V or Open V?  things look different since LCPDFR.

    Second - Both texture dimensions work, but 4096 is just higher quality

    Third - There is still only open iv for GTA. I'm not sure that sparks IV is even used anymore.
