My question is that when I load LSPDFR offline，all albo1125's mods couldn't load successfully,it appears a black window that shows “could not connect Internet. Please connect internet to continue using my (Albo 1125’s) modification." But when I connect internet the game could crash. How to deal with this question.   (I'm sorry for my bad English)

try setting up your firewall/anti virus so gta launcher and pre launcher are blocked from the internet, but gtav.exe is allowed to connect. That should mean your game boots offline but the mods get their connection. If that fails it's likely an internet related issue.
