The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

If you have the ASI loader for openIV installed then its probably a wrong patchday folder. Since rockstar likes to jumble all that up. So maybe someone can point you in the right direction. If the vehicle didn't come with a readme telling you where to put it. Then blame them for being lazy.

Visit me on youtube. The most common reason for crashing is user error. Make sure you have the latest RAGE, ScripthookV, ScripthookVdotnet and turn off your antivirus. Make sure you have an up to date gameconfig.xml as well. Use Allbo's plugin troubleshooter to find any errors too.

    It came with a read me and I followed all the steps. Just not sure why it's spawning a default GTA V cop car in-game.

    Then the readme is possibly wrong or outdated. One of the vehicles recently I've seen said installed to patchday5. I don't know which one. I currently use RDE 3.01 and its been a while since I did random cars.
