I'm requesting a pack of cars for GTA4, all with the Whelen Legacy lightbar.

Whelen Legacy Lightbar (like in the picture provided)

Whelen Inner Edge (like in the picture provided)

Traffic Advisor/Directional Lightbar (in rear window bottom, picture provided)

 

police - 2012+ FPI

police2 - CVPI

noose - Chevrolet Impala

fbi - Dodge Charger

polpatriot - FPIU (Explorer)

 

As for the liveries, if they could be all black with POLICE written in blue on the sides, roof, and hood, that'd be alright. Nothing fancy...

    No, I cannot do this myself. I tried once and it just didn't work, i've watched tutorials and they just never work for me.

    download Gimp. download vehicle pack with car you want. open vehicle template in Gimp. create new layer. draw whatever the hell you want on your vehicle template. add as many layers as you want. hide layer with template. export to wherever you want. drag and drop in vehicle ytd. too easy
