I have the traffic policer and other plugins like that, they should pop up on the bottem left above the map. its okay ill just do my backup and re-install all the mods. i didnt have that much progress anyway.

Oh you went through the folders too quick. You're missing Albo1125.Common.dll in the main GTA5 folder, probably why his stuff isn't working. A RagePluginHook.log would probably be more helpful.
