The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Arrest Manager and Emergency Strobes Crash

When I arrest someone and call backup for transporting by pressing 8, Arrest manager stops working. Another problem is causing because of Emergency Strobes. As soon as I press E for emergency lights, it crashes.

 

I am using last GTA 5 patch.

I believe that Emergency Strobes is outdated. Can't confirm but it looks like it's pointing to an old game address that was changed in the latest update.
