Hey all!

 

So i'm just coming back to modding, and i have an idea for a project that i'd like to start, but i'm a little confused about how GTA V models work.

I haven't touch zmodeler since before GTA V came out.

I get that there's two LOD files, the normal.ytf and normal_hi


If i want to modify default cars, which of these files should i be importing into Zmodeler?

Should i modify the _hi.ytf, and then import the L0 into the normal.ytf? Or can i modify the normal.ytf and use that to create the _hi.ytf?

 

Any input would be greatly appreciated, I'm at a loss as to where to start..
