After the new update my game just keeps loading, and loading.

- i don´t have any plugins activated when i start up the game

- i have updated, scipthook v, ragehook, and gta v itself.

If you use OPEN IV you can disable mod folder by:

Clicking Tools tab 

Click ASI Manager tab

Then click Uninstall for Open IV.asi

Or just Cut and paste the Mod folder from directory like you said.
