Game crashes on me when I receive or get a callout

Okay so this started today,i just downloaded gta v and wanted to download lspdfr,so I did.

I downloaded the latest rage hook (v944 I think,as of december 23,2016) and downloaded lspdfr 031

and my game starts up fine

then when I go to the station and go on duty,it works fine,then its when i get or accept a callout,my game freezes for like 2 seconds then takes me to my desktop,with ragehook saying it crashed,i have scripthook V(latest one) and enchanced native trainer,but before i installed those i was still having those problems. And i did other alternatives such as,other versions of lspdfr and ragehook,uninstalled and reinstalled both mods,and many other stuff and I keep crashing when I get a callout (and its just those two,no other callout pack or anything). And also i somehow fixed it,then when i turned my pc off then turn it back on,it was doing it again(but my stupid norton deleted ragehook so i had to reinstall it).And yes I install lspdfr first then the latest ragehook. I cant seem to find the solution

Try checking the file integrity 

Go into Steam then Library

Right Click Grand Theft Auto V and select Properties 

Select the Local Files tab 

Click on Verify Integrity Of Game Cache 

Give it a few minutes to finish see if it repairs anything then restart game

did that,still crashes

 

and do you need wifi connection to play lspdfr??to start up RHP yes but what about during game??I see it doesnt work when steam is down,such as now. And I see in the script that is says "(WARN)failed to reach server"

any ideas??

I see that that error and its looking at   E:\GTA V\LSPD First Response\LSPD First Response\Mod\ServerCommunication.cs:line 25

No idea why its looking at E drive? As I see Steam and GTA V is installed on  C:\Program Files (x64)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\plugins\lspdfr

pls help me,i brought gta v just to play lspdfr but now im starting to get stressed over it

E: drive is my usb,i just removed it,once steam is back up,ill update to see it it worked

Yeah thats why I didn't bring that up. Its strange for it to work then suddenly it doesn't. Reinstall LSPDFR make sure it its 100% correct I think the error is in that somewhere.

When RPH loads click the cog icon (settings) and disable LSPDFR from automatically loading.

If it all loads ok and no crashes press F4 to open console

Type Loadplugin LSPD First Response.dll

See how that works

nope,screw this crap mod,removed my usb,maybe my 8# time reinstalling lspdfr and RHP.still crashes
