WHY AM I CRASHING!? NEED HELP

I have included the text from the crash report for RAGEPLUGINHOOK I cant even start the game without crashing on load screen.

I played earlier in the day, and didn't like a few cars switched them out and got rid of a mod. The mods url is:

You installed the cars improperly. Make sure to follow readme's to the letter, and make backups. If you did not make backups, you'll have to delete and reinstall all mods, which can be done by deleting your mods folder.
